DAMAC Properties is a real estate development company based in Dubai, UAE. The company was founded in 2002 by Hussain Sajwani, and has since become one of the leading luxury property developers in the region.
DAMAC Properties has developed a range of high-end residential, commercial, and leisure properties in Dubai and other parts of the Middle East. These properties include luxury villas, apartments, and hotels, as well as retail and commercial spaces.
Some of DAMAC Properties’ most notable projects include the AKOYA Oxygen, a sprawling residential development located in Dubailand; the DAMAC Hills, a golf community featuring luxury villas and apartments; and the DAMAC Towers by Paramount Hotels & Resorts, a mixed-use development featuring branded apartments and a hotel.
