Urban living destination Imkan Pixel was designed by MVRDV architect bureau, which worked on RED7 in Moscow, the Markthall in Rotterdam, the Stack in Melbourne. An appointed main contractor is the Chinese construction company CNTC.

The built-up area of the project covers about 83.000 m2. 7 residential towers will surround a pedestrianized plaza, home to retail, dining, artisanal food and beverages (F&B), and offices. The architectural appearance of the community repeats pixels structure in every aspect from an asymmetrical disposition of the buildings to design elements.
